Probationary officers and probationary cash-cum-general clerks at United Bank of India on June 14, 21 and 28 respectively.
Procedure for issuance of Duplicate Call Letters for Written Examination :
All eligible candidates will be issued call letters at the correspondence address given by the candidate in their application form, which will be sent by ordinary post. An eligible candidate who does not receive the call letter for the post of Specialist Officer by 8.6.2009, for the post of Probationary Officer by 15.6.2009 and for the post of Probationary Cash-cum-General Clerk by 22.06.2009 should visit the office of the respective contact persons authorized to issue duplicated call letters (as shown hereunder), located at his/her opted examination centre along with the details of his/ her name, address as also with the Xerox copy of the application form for each post, details of Demand Draft and a recent passport size photograph for obtaining duplicate call letters. Duplicate call letters will be issued between 10.6.2009 and 13.6.2009 for Specialist Officers, between 17.6.2009 and 20.6.2009 for Probationary Officers and between 24.06.2009 and 27.06.2009 for Probationary Cash-cum-General Clerks by the following respective contact persons ;
